Hollyland wireless video transmitters and receivers continue to impress us as a more affordable alternative to Teradek. The Hollyland Mars 300 HDMI transmitter/receiver wireless system is similar in power to a Teradek Bolt 300. A few nice features are HDMI loopthrough on the transmitter and 2 HDMI outputs on the receiver.

Power comes from built in mounts for Sony L batteries for long life (note NP F970 batteries/charger are not included in base price, please add them if you need them). The receiver has AC power as well.

Note, the manufacturer says this has a range of 300′ but that’s in perfect conditions. Just like Teradek and Paralinx, you can cut that into a quarter for indoor/real world use. Just’ saying…
