Combo or Combi Stand

Some people call this a Combi stand.  Some call it a Combo stand.  What’s the difference?  Well, one type has a swing out boom arm and the other type has both a 1-1/8″ receiver and a combo 5/8″ receiver and spud/stud.

The two terms usually get interchanged, but technically this is a Combo stand with both sets of receivers, not the one with the swing out boom arm which is a Combi.  Anyway, none of that really matters, you can call it a Combi, we don’t care, we know you probably mean this type if you work in Vancouver.  We don’t carry the swing out boom type, but we do rent separate boom arms in several lengths.
