The Zeiss designed Sony 24-70mm lens is light, sharp and makes a perfect compliment to any of the A7s or A7r series.
Finally Sigma has made a contender to take down the legendary Canon 70-200mm L f2.8 IS lens! If you aren’t familiar with the Sigma Sport series, it is basically the ART series of long telephoto lenses. Why didn’t they just name all their high end lenses ART? We have no idea, but the Sport series carries the same amazing quality as their Art lenses do! And this 70-200mm F2.8 lens with image stabilization (IS – but Sigma calls it OS) is absolutely in the same class as the Canon 70-200 L series. Is it better? So far it looks like… yes. But that’s blasphemy to some people, so we’ll just let you decide! You will not go wrong with this lens though, that we are sure of!
They do not make it in Sigma E mount (no idea why) but we will include a Sigma MC11 adapter if you want to run it on a Sony. It should give you lighting fast autofocus.
There’s nothing like renting a big telephoto zoom lens for shooting wildlife, sports, airshows or anything else far away, and for E mount, there’s nothing like renting the Sony 200-600mm G OSS lens! If you can’t get the shot you need with this beast, you can of course shoot APS-C mode which would make it more like a 300-900mm, and if that doesn’t work, you might just need to rent a telescope instead!
