Rent a CF Express Type A card for your Sony A7s III. Don’t confuse CFExpress Type B and Type C cards with the newer Type A. If you need a memory card for the Sony A7s3, only A will work, as it’s smaller. Currently there are not many options for Sony A7s mkIII memory cards if you want to use all it’s speed, but we expect more soon.
