Do you need the correct battery for the Canon R5 mkII (or newer) models? Canon has now made at least 4 versions of the LP-E6 batter (possibly more depending on what year you’re reading this!) and if you are using a Canon R5 mkII or future versions, you need the LP-E6P. If you’re using something like the R5 mkI, R6mk II, etc… You’ll want the LP-E6NH instead, especially as this E6P is not backwards compatible with all Canon cameras! And if you’re shooting a DSLR like the 5DmkIV then you are fine with the regular LP-E6.
